Human Pharma Sales Representative-Guayaquil

The position  

 

Promote Boehringer Ingelheim products to Health Care professionals ensuring their appropriate use and adherence to local regulatory and pharma code requirements by defining & executing sales action plans, based on the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP).

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Promote products in adherence to local regulatory requirements and pharma codes. When applicable, handle and distribute product samples in accordance with current Good Distribution Practices, and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Achieve sales & market share objectives by maximizing the number of appropriate patients that receive Boehringer Ingelheim products.
  • Analyze and profile customers, Develop, create, manage, execute and follow up integrated customer plans.
  • Implement customer engagement model, according to the strategic segments and ICP.
  • Orchestrate a customer centric engagement through collaboration by cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, e.g.
  • Integrated Customer Engagement. 
  • Manage all customer/stakeholder interactions: Face-to-face, Digital, Congresses and Events.
  • Manage the channel mix preferred by individual customers. 
  • Manage the appropriate and approved scientific material for Health Care Professional’s discussions.
  • Feeding back market info (e.g. competitive intelligence, own products, campaign, messaging to Therapeutic Area (TA) Teams).

 

Requirements 

Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Ideally experience working in the cardiometabolic area.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Reside in Guayaquil.
