HP Sales Representative

The Position

 

 Promote Boehringer Ingelheim products among health professionals, ensuring their proper use and compliance with the requirements of local pharmaceutical and regulatory codes by defining and executing sales action plans, based on the Integrated Customer Plan (ICP).

  

 

Tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Promote Boehringer Ingelheim products, respecting regulatory requirements and the local pharmaceutical code. If applicable, handle and distribute product samples in accordance with current Good Distribution Practices, applicable laws and regulations.
  • Achieve sales and market share targets by maximizing the number of suitable patients receiving Boehringer Ingelheim products.
  • Analyse and profile customers.
  • Develop, creat, manage, execute and follow up integrated customer plans.
  • Implement customer engagement model, according to the strategic segments and ICP.
  • Orchestrate a customer centric engagement through collaboration by cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, e.g.:
    • Integrated Customer Engagement.
    • Managing all customers/stakeholders interactions: Face-to-face, Digital, Congresses and Events.
    • Manage the channel mix preferred by individual customers.
    • Manage the appropiate and approved scientifical material for Health Care Professional’s discussions.
    • Feeding back market info (e.g. competitive intelligence, own products, campaign, messaging to Therapeutic Area Teams.

  

 

Requirements

  

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in high specialty lines for high-cost products.
  • Proven experience working with medical panels in pulmonology and/or rheumatology.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Willingness to travel between Quito and Guayaquil.
