HR Business Partner part-time (external)
We're seeking a proactive and experienced external part-time HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll be accountable for delivering consulting and partnering with assigned functions. The contract is external
via the agency employment for part-time (0,6 FTE). You will report directly to local HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Implement and maintain Compensation & Benefits strategy
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field is an advantage.
