QA Product Lead
Lead Quality Assurance in Biologics Manufacturing
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping Quality culture at the forefront of Sterile Biologics manufacturing? We’re looking for a QA Product Lead who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and driving excellence in a highly regulated environment.
You will be working at a Biologics Manufacturing site, and impact millions of lives across the world, by embedding world-class Quality Systems, collaborating cross-functionally and leading a fast-paced, high-performing team. You will be reporting to the QA Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with the QP, within the wider Quality organisation, and across the Site.
Based at our facility in Pirbright, Surrey, this role offers the possibility of hybrid working with up to 2 days work from home.

• Hands-On Excellence: Oversee Batch documentation, Product release, and Compliance with GMP standards
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Leading Batch Review team to timely review and collate Batch Release relevant documentation and prepare for QP release, and oversee auxiliary Batch Release tasks
• Acting as a Quality Representative to support embedding Quality culture on the shopfloor and across functions
• Representing the QA Product function within cross-functional teams on Site and across the Organisation
• Acting as the Local Management System Owner, Local Complaints officer to ensure compliance with current GMP, Global Corporate, and specific Local standards
• Driving the Annual Product Quality Reviews, Quality Culture and team resource planning
• Collaborating towards Continuous Improvement initiatives utilising Deviations, CAPAs, Change Control, Internal Audits systems
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• A degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent)
• Strong experience in QA systems, including Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control
• Thorough understanding of MHRA/VMD/EU GMP, ICH Q10 and Quality Assurance principles
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels
• Experience in biologics or pharmaceutical manufacturing (veterinary or human) is a strong advantage
