Leader Business Analysis & Customer Knowledge (M/F)
You will play a key role in the transformation of the company by instilling a true culture of data and strategic analysis.
As a Business Analysis & Customer Knowledge Leader, you will drive the data strategy, develop the performance culture and guide strategic decision-making through robust, innovative and impact-orientated analyses.
You will lead the Analytics & Customer Knowledge team, a strategic partner of Business Units and a driving force for change within the organisation.
Main Tasks:
Bringing the culture of Data and Performance to life
• Establish and disseminate a culture of decision-making based on data and impact measurement with KPI partners
• Develop the « data » skills of the company's employees through coaching and training in data and its interpretation, through training in tools, by simplifying analysis materials
• Represent France to its peers at European and global level and create a community for sharing and exchanging good practices
Guiding strategy through business analysis
• Ensure availability, quality and integration of data sources
• Supervise analytics: sales forecasts, business reviews with performance analysis, customer qualification and knowledge, segmentation, targeting, exploitation of market research data
• Develop advanced analytics to fully leverage data at all levels, industry, regional and national, performance and business, across all departments of the enterprise
• Provide high value-added recommendations to guide strategic decisions including GTM transformation initiatives
• Identify new methodologies and data partners to equip Boehringer-Ingelheim with the best industry standards in this field
Manage data provisioning systems and tools
• Manage the different systems and tools of data provision from the point of view of their functionalities, their maintenance and updating by being part of a multinational enterprise approach (Global / Local) in order to guarantee to meet the business needs while maximising the support of the Global teams
• To guarantee the process compliance and compliance of these systems and tools through regular updating of access rights, licences and authorisations registers
• Identify new data technologies to equip Boehringer-Ingelheim with the best industry standards in this field
Manage the Analysis & Customer Knowledge team
• Provide leadership, coaching, skills development and change management
• Foster collaboration between Business Analysts and operational efficiency managers, as well as collaboration with other members of the CXE department and in particular CRM managers
• Ensure harmonisation of methods, processes and know-how between Business Analysts and between Operational Efficiency Managers to reflect Boehringer know-how and bring balanced added value to the different Business Units
• Allocate resources appropriately to ensure the conduct of activities and the level of excellence expected by the team
• Recruit, train and retain talent
• Be the preferred point of contact for department heads, Business Unit Directors and Management

Profile sought:
• MBA in Business / Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum experience of 10 years in the pharmaceutical / health industry.
• Strong expertise in customer data, business analysis, market research, big data, data operating systems.
• Proven experience in team or transversal management, change management and strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to influence beyond its perimeter
