Internship Quality Assurance Operations

THE INTERNSHIP 

The intern will be part of the Quality Assurance Operations team in the Boehringer Ingelheim production site in Noventa Padovana, where veterinary vaccines are produced. The intern will be an active part of Master Batch Record Review in accordance with Eudralex requirements, Process Quality Review for Products. The intern will be trained on the theoretical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and their subsequent application in the technical environment of a pharmaceutical workshop. The intern will acquire skills related to many aspects of Quality Assurance and Compliance in a GMP environment, performing transversal activities in a multinational company context strongly oriented to the sharing of experiences and skills between production sites around the world. Definitely something new to learn every day!

Tasks & what you will be learning: 

• Support to the Master Batch Record review. 

• Support for the drafting of GMP quality documentation. 

• KPI elaboration. 

• Interface with production departments. 

• Learning of the management system of the Quality. 

• Learning procedures applied within the site. 

• Review Quality documentation, local and global procedures. 

• Preparation and participation to the regulatory inspections.

Requirements: 

• Master’s degree in Chemistry, CTF, Pharmaceutical or Biology. 

• Good organizational skills and ability to work in team/ individually. 

• Ability to work methodically and carefully according to tight deadlines. 

• Knowledge of European Pharmacopeia and Good Manufacturing practice (GMP). 

• Good Knowledge of the English language (level B2/C1). 

• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package. 

• Curious and attitude, propensity for continuous improvement, innovation and teamwork. 

• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
