Internship: Production Quality - Qualified Person
THE INTERNSHIP
For our site in Noventa Padovana (PD) we are looking for a new person to join the Quality Unit. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production, GMP compliance, regulatory processes, and key quality systems. Furthermore, you will acquire skills performing transversal activities and dealing with a multinational company context. There is definitely something new to learn every day!
Tasks & what you will be learning:
- Participate in a key project modifying a viral antigen manufacturing process.
- Follow implementation phases and learn how production changes happen in real life.
- Utilize project management tools and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory submission.
- Support batch record management and Product Quality Review drafting alongside the site’s Qualified Person.
- Collaborate daily with experienced professionals to understand and apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Apply key concepts of the production process, including Change Control and its impact on product quality and validation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Good English skills (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP or Minitab).
