EHS Assistant
THE POSITION
In this role, the candidate will join the EHS&S Team in Noventa Padovana and will support the team in activities such as internal audits, preparation of reports, and risk management.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist the SPP & EHS team with periodic updates of risk assessments, DUVRI, DVR, and the EHS Integrated Management System.
- Support the RSPP in organizing, maintaining, and enhancing an effective prevention and protection service, in accordance with current legislation, particularly Legislative Decree 81/08.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a Business Continuity Plan strategy in collaboration with the EHS team.
- Aid in the integration of management systems and the monitoring of area-specific KPIs.
- Help identify workplace safety training needs and evaluate the adequacy of personal protective equipment (PPE) within the organization.
- Assist in the operational and documentation management of waste.
- Support health surveillance activities.
- Contribute to ensuring GDPR compliance within the team.
Requirements
- Degree in Environmental and Workplace Prevention Techniques.
- 3 years of professional experience in occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Qualified ASPP, with hands-on involvement in risk assessment, safety audits, and regulatory adherence.
- Proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating strong capabilities in supporting EHS initiatives and integrated management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office S, with experience in data reporting and documentation management.
- Native Italian speaker, fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
