Job Responsibilities
- Spend Management and Consolidation:
- Support the local implementation of Commodities Strategy as per the Target Operating Model(TOM) by creating and documenting Sourcing Cards, documenting savings and identifying potential efficiencies.
- Run sourcing activities within the markets in line with Sourcing Card Instructions and support projects within the assigned commodities to achieve Sourcing-relevant goals like automation, spend consolidation and supplier optimization.
- Optimize buying channels and maximize implementation and usage of Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Frame Services Agreements (FSAs).
- Business Partnering:
- Understand and support the Strategy and the Value Proposition of Sourcing towards Business Partners to achieve Sourcing-relevant goals through advanced Sourcing Excellence.
- Handle demands coming from Business Partners and suppliers, while maintaining professional relationships in line with the Targeting according to the Business Partnering Concept.
- Supplier and Risk Management:
- Manage local suppliers, while also supporting risk assessments and mitigation plans.
Requirements:
- Degree/education: Bachelor, major focus: Major focus: Accounting, Communications, logistic, sustainability, Purchasing or Procurement is a plus.
- 5 yrs or above working experience in sourcing
- Good English capability as working language
- Good communication skill
- GxP, GMP background highly preferred
- Direct sourcing experience highly preferred
