Team Lead, Source-to-Pay Direct - North America

The Position

Lead and drive excellence in global supplier and partner support as the Head of S2P Direct.

This role is responsible for efficiently and effectively serving as the main contact for global suppliers on all queries (e.g., payment follow-ups) related to purchase orders and invoices.

The Team Lead, S2P Direct - North America also oversees processing queries from worldwide internal business partners across all areas, providing coaching, assistance, and end-user training for Source-to-Pay (S2P) systems. Additionally, the role ensures efficient handling of support requests, structured follow-ups with next service levels, and collaboration with business partners.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the S2P Direct team, ensuring performance meets SLAs and quality standards; take corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present monthly KPI reports for leadership and participate in performance discussions.
  • Develop, train, and coach team members, driving BI culture and overseeing onboarding and training activities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Accounts Payable, S2P Central Services) to ensure process standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee onboarding of new countries and OPUs, ensuring smooth transitions and service delivery.
  • Monitor workload, incidents, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with business continuity plans.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information, or related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience and 1+ year in people leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of S2P processes and related systems (SRM/weBuy, SAP FI/MM, InvoiceWorkflow, MyService).
  • Experience in international environments and Shared Services, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, including team coaching and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong prioritization, time management, and collaboration abilities.
