Sr. Specialist, Payroll and Time Admin - APAC

The Position

Take charge of delivering accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. You will manage employee master data in SuccessFactors, handle payroll transactions including time data, additional payments and deductions, and ensure data integrity through audits and analytics. This role also involves administering final pay, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process semi-monthly and/or monthly payrolls in line with country schedules, checklists, and general ledger requirements.
  • Manage banking activities, including coordination with banks on direct deposit files, positive pay uploads, and resolving payment issues.
  • Calculate final pay and coordinate special payment requests with the GBS Treasury team.
  • Partner with HR Direct and Employee Central to address payroll-related concerns.
  • Manage the Payroll Services mailbox and respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Perform year-end activities, including uploads and reconciliations. 

About Our Future Employee

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in Payroll and Time Administration; exposure to India payroll is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with multiple payroll systems, with ADP experience as a plus.
  • A strong background in Shared Services environments.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • High integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
