Sr. Specialist, HR Reporting
The Position
As part of the Global Central HR Service Team, the role supports the HR Reporting and Workforce Planning processes. HR Reporting and Workforce Planning Services are providing services globally across all time zones. In close coordination with the GBS HR Process Management, the role ensures that the processes are executed in high quality and in compliance with the guidelines in all regions of the world.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As part of the HR Reporting and Workforce Planning team, the role supports the global execution of global processes for HR reporting and Workforce Planning, this includes:
- Review and run requested reports, advise and create new reports
- Responsible for monitoring data quality being within the HR systems
- With technical and analytical skills, the team specializes in reporting by extracting and transforming data from the standard HR systems.
- Provides 2nd level support for system issues related to access, reports and data.
- Ensure operational excellence in delivering standardized, transparent, efficient, and policy-compliant processes to all BI companies and countries.
This includes tasks like:
- Creating, maintaining, and supporting new, ad-hoc, and standardized reports using global reporting tools (SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, SF Story).
- Assist GBS HR teams and local HR operations in using global standard reports, promoting self‑service reporting and evaluating reporting requirements.
- Validate data integrity by running queries, analyzing results, and coordinating with Org Management and related teams.
- Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, documentation, and standard operating processes in collaboration with Global Process Managers.
- Participate in projects and initiatives across functional areas and regions, including those impacting organizational data or structure.
- Provide problem‑solving support by researching and resolving complex reporting issues, recommending solutions, and submitting incidents or change requests when needed.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR reporting and processes, staying updated on HR tech trends and promoting efficient, lean solutions within HR @ GBS.
About our Future Employee
- You should have at least 3+ years working in Reporting process and/or similar experience using a reporting system/tool.
Additionally, we are looking for:
- Has a bachelor’s degree in any field
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Reporting Centre, and preferably SF Story
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to investigate cross‑functional topics
- Has Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused, process‑oriented mindset while upholding SOP and data‑governance standards
- Has strong prioritization and excellent English communication, with experience in multicultural environments
- Has strong Microsoft Excel skills
