You will handle supplier onboarding and maintenance, resolve system issues, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and drive process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd-level support by analyzing, resolving, or escalating process and system errors to appropriate teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Manage supplier onboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate integration into the business network.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, providing guidance and support throughout onboarding.
  • Execute projects related to supplier onboarding workflows and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align on requirements, timelines, and compliance standards.

About Our Future Employee 

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing and procurement related position, preferable in a supporting function. Knowledge of Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement is a strong advantage.
