Specialist, S2P Central Services (Contracting Solutions)

Boehringer Ingelheim, is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Specialist, S2P Central Services.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively supporting requests from internal business partners globally to ensure the operation of the global systems CorA and DocuSign and processes of Contract Management and eSignature. Furthermore, for creation and update of training material and execution of global trainings and Q&A sessions for the global user community.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Processes incoming queries/requests from internal business partners for CorA and DocuSign/eSignature globally.
  • Analyzes process- and system-errors and solves and/ or forwards those issues according to the activity split between 2nd Level Support, GBS Process Management and IT department
  • Performs end-user trainings for S2P Systems.
  • Acts as central interface between key-users, GBS Process Management and the IT department  
  • Prioritizes topics/requests, escalates critical/urgent ones and validates error corrections.
  • Creates, checks and update process descriptions, guidelines and user training material and documentation
  • Creates and update knowledge-based entries in ServiceNow
  • Prepares and executes global trainings and Q&A sessions for the User Community
  • Prepares and communicate system changes (Release Notes) to the User Community
  • Handles system change management process (records system changes) and implementation of system changes (check systems for accurateness)
  • Tests system changes and system adaptations
  • Requests/initiates correction measures in case of issues occurred
  • Coordinates all user community related activities
  • Authorization group design and grant user permissions
  • Transfer of user roles and contracts
  • Processes requests for mass- and user role changes

About our future Employee

  • Bachelor's degree in business information or business administration or similar course  
  • Experience in Contract Management, eSignature, Legal or Sourcing related position, preferable in a supporting function
  • International experience preferred and would be an advantage
  • Intercultural experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to grasp new topics quickly and to transport information/knowledge coherently to others
  • English (fluent) in spoken and written
