Specialist, Org Management

The Position

An exciting job opportunity is now open as a Specialist, Org Management in our Organizational Management (OM) Team of the HR Central Services. You will support global processes related to organizational management and employee data management within SuccessFactors. The OM team services are provided to more than 70 countries across all time zones. In close coordination with the GBS HR Process Management, the role ensures that the processes are executed in high quality and in compliance with the guidelines in all regions of the world.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of MDF objects related to Organizational Management including Positions, Departments, Job Classifications, etc.
  • Maintenance and set up of organizational structure.
  • 2nd level support for the maintenance and corrections of employee, employment and compensation data whether via manual entry or mass import.
  • Monitor and maintain a high-level of employee data quality within SuccessFactors via regular and ad-hoc data quality checks, and ensuring successful replication of correct data to the different local ERP systems.
  • Support team members in initiatives / projects that have an impact on the organizational data or structure such as roll out / implementation of new modules or processes, data migration, organizational restructuring, implementation of new policies, etc.
  • Strive to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services through IT solutions.
  • Monitor leading practices and trends in HR technology and data governance through regular active participation in industry experience exchange groups and beyond. Strive for innovation and lean processes within HR at GBS.
  • Assist the team's Expert,Senior Specialists and fellow Specialists in learning and streamlining new processes for data management and corrections, as well as drive the development of expertise among the team members via knowledge transfer sessions, updating/preparing reference materials such as Use Cases, Process Guides, etc.
  • Contribute in consistently meeting KPIs and SLAs, improve any misses if necessary, including, but not limited to, gatekeeping tickets, resolve ageing tickets and assignment of tasks to team members while considering workloads. 
  • Manage incidents and issues through the use of available references, research and active collaboration with members/stakeholders from different teams such as Local and Global HR Teams, Global Process Managers and IT.
  • Actively maintain data quality and integrity by consistently performing existing data checks or developing new processes by utilizing available and authorized tools and platforms, as well as drive process alignment not only within the team but across the global HR Community.

About our Future Employee

You should have at least 1-3 years of experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central module and 1st-2nd level Employee Data Management experience with a good working knowledge in Organizational Management, data analysis & validation, and stakeholder management.

 

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • At least 1-3 years of professional experience in HR on as Shared Services setup
  • Experience with other similar HR systems and platforms e.g. SAP HCM, Workday preferred.
  • Experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/validation
  • The ability to successfully work across countries / functions.
  • Willingness to work on a flexible or shifting schedule (day shift / mid shift).
  • Good research and analytical skills, and with continuous improvement mindset.
