Specialist, Employee Central (Mandarin Speaker)

The Position

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our Employee Central The Chinese Market is expanding, and we are seeking for a dedicated and experienced Specialist for  HR General Services responsible for back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. The role will cover the whole scope of the employee life cycle within Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • As a Specialist, Employee Central, you will execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
  • You will participate in the roll-in of the selected client countries following the deployment roadmap regarding employee central. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
  • You will be accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
  • You will handle consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements.

 

Requirements:           

To qualify for the role, you should have at least the following:

  • College Degree
  • Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration
  • Extensive customer orientation-  International experience
  • Business fluency in English and in Mandarin
  • Ideally work experience in different HR roles
  • Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
