The Position

Join our team and play a key role in shaping seamless HR operations across global markets!

The Specialist, Employee Central - Benefits is expected to help build the HR General Services responsible for backend processes around employee benefits. The role will cover the whole scope of the employee benefits.

In close collaboration with HR BP, the Specialist, Employee Cetral - Benefits will serve about 1.000 employees within PH and Asia Pacific, in several times zones, within multiple company sites, more than 7 legal entities .

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute and run backend processes around employee benefits. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
  • Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
  • Accountable for the execution of all benefits related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
  • End to end process of statutory payments.
  • Orchestration of all relevant HR-specific reimbursements/payments.
  • Coordination with third party vendors e.g. JLT.
  • Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR to ensure operational process excellence.  Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs and CoEs when required.

About Our Future Employee

  • College degree; in any relevant course or program.
  • Has 2 to 3 years of expert knowledge and backend experience in the field of Employee Benefits.
  • Has Extensive customer orientation and international experience.
  • Business fluency in English
  • Preferably with SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.
  • Ideally work experience in different HR roles
  • Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity; strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
