The Position

We are looking for a talented Master Data Subject Matter Expert to join our team and play a key role in managing and analyzing data to support our MDM organization.
As a Master Data SME, you will work closely with various departments to understand their master data needs,and provide solutions to their queries. You will work with master data structures, support performance managament of operations and deliver on project/continous improvement activities. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to innovative projects that have a real impact on the organization. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, inclination towards advance systems and has an expert understanding of master data management concepts and analysis tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- You are a self starter and deliver support for the key user community
- You can communicate with various levels in the organization
- You support the system change process by submitting proposals for improvement as well as creation of communication about system changes
- You create process documentation and provide training to users
- You will support testing and Project deployment activities
- You will collaborate with IT and analyze dependencies between technical objects
- You check data and systems on correctness
- You initiate and conduct data correction activities independently
- You coordinate follow-up and correction in case of system errors
- You will support performance management of operations
About our future employee:
- Expert knowledge about processes and data structures of relevant master data objects gained during min. 3 years work experience
- Working experience with SAP MDG, SAP S2P, O2C Processes, Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, Service Now, SQL
- Knowledge of data and project lifecycle activities
- Knowledge of performance management concepts and continous improvement activities
- Strong communication skills to various levels in the organization, team spirit and accountability.
- Willingness to work in a service oriented setting in an international environment
- Very structured and precise, working with high quality expectation, also under time pressure
