Head of Testing Support PPM/MDM

THE POSITION

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the overall operational activities and service delivery of testing related tasks for various applications as well as project involvement when onboarding and stabilizing new services.
  • You will perform people management and administrative duties such as performance management, coaching, team/individual target setting and development, and driving employee engagement.
  • You will actively engage with other leaders in supporting and promoting various initiatives within the organization.
  • You will be collaborating with stakeholders for operational and service delivery reviews, governance, process adherence, and improvement topics.

 

About our Future Employee

You should have at least 2 years of professional drive and experience in people management and leadership competencies. Should possess deep understanding of the testing process as well as familiarity with the shared service landscape.
Requirements:

  • Any bachelor’s degree with relevant experience on the same field is required.
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • Knowledge in GxP (Good Practice) as well as good understanding of compliance and risk management
  • Familiarity with the shared service environment is an advantage.
  • Can communicate effectively (written, oral, presentation)
  • Project management and technical/process expertise in software testing/computer system validation.
  • Sense of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement
