Head of Recruitment APAC
The Position

This role will be responsible for the delivery of GBS Center's recruitment services to all service receiving countries according to defined SLAs. This position is also accountable for successful transfers of activities to GBS Center during any transition projects. You will also act as main contact to the countries and the Head of GBS HR Services in case of escalations around recruiting services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- As the Team Lead for APAC Recruitment, you will manage a team of recruiters to achieve targets according to defined SLAs and in line with the group wide HR service delivery model.
- You also need to enable the team to achieve excellent hiring manager and candidate experience, providing support to all countries in scope.
- You will also be accountable for the execution of all related end to end recruiting processes executed by the team, continuously striving for improvements and driving operational excellence to attract great talents.
- You will be in charge of developing and coaching people to deliver performance to achieve SLA, grow talents within the recruiting services organization and drive engagement within the team.
- You will be accountable for driving operational excellence within the Recruiting Services team for the execution of all related processes.
- You will also liaise with different Tier 2 teams to ensure quality service delivery in alignment with broader HR vision and efficient resolution of customer queries and requests especially for complex inquiries.
- Lastly, you need to ensure that the recruiting services team is equipped to handle concerns and complex hiring deliverables, effectively.
About our Future Employee:
To qualify for the role, you should have at least 10 years of solid background in end-to-end recruitment, combined with at least 3-5 years of leadership experience.
Additionally, we are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
- Leadership qualities and high customer orientation
- Ability to ensure operational processes excellence regarding Recruitment for all employees and managers of in scope countries
- Extensive customer orientation and experience supporting multiple countries in different regions.
- Business fluency in English and ability to work across business units /geographies
