Head of DocUnit
The Position:
The Head of LOS Admin will oversee communication between Senior Leaders and team members to ensure timely, accurate service delivery in line with defined SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, this person will enhance team performance, ensuring daily metrics are met with a high level of accuracy. Serving as an influencer for team members, this person will nurture their professional growth, preside over team meetings, and uphold established standards of quality, customer experience, and efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a Head of LOS Admin Support, you will work according to the general and specific support dossiers, work instructions, and ensure support within the agreed Service Level Agreement and KPIs.
- Provide high-level support by troubleshooting and providing analysis and accurate resolution to LOS related queries.
- Provide solutions and maintenance on the following – Curriculum Management Learning Items, Content objects, Classes, Record Training, Waiving, Quizzes, and any other additional LOS capabilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly service review data and dashboard.
- Drive team discussions and represent the team during stakeholder meetings
Requirements:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree, with 2 to 3 years of experience in Learning Management Systems support /admin
- Knowledge and experience in Learning Management platforms such as LOS, Successfactors LMS, CSOD, and other enterprise-level LMS
- Experience in leading a team
- Stakeholder Management
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Basic understanding of Sharepoint collaboration tool
