Senior Training Manager - Mumbai

The Position

Building capability of 'Customer Facing Team/CFT' (Sales Rep,FLM,SLM &TM) to achieve organizational goals. Transforming Effective/Classic field force to Orchestrator Role.  Foster a culture of self learning in Boehringer Ingelheim India and Export Market (BNS).

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Build capability of CFT on Disease,Product,Commercial and soft skills to provide exceptional customer experience with Boehringer Ingelheim.
  • Improve In-Clinic Effectiveness, Crisp & Precise communication, Adaptability of CFT to engage customer effectively in different situation with an effective use of Hybrid CEM.
  • Develop robust Onboarding and sustainability program with an optimum use of Macro & Micro Learning content. Transform classic/effective field force to orchestrator role.
  • Strengthen coaching culture and required capability of FLM/SLM.
  • Drive Champions League (DATA Literacy, Coach N Learn,Digital Engagement)
  • Drive Competency assessment program in collaboration with HR and run customize competence building programs like Performance management, Crucial conversation, Team building, Transition to leadership etc.
  • Prepare training calendar in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Design, develop and deliver Training programs on time to improve competency of CFT.
  • Periodic assessment and measurement of training impact.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor in Pharmacy / Bachelor in Science Preferred MBA/Reputed training certification courses.
  • Relevant training experience of 3-4 years in similar role and overall 8-10 years in a health care or Pharmaceuticals Industry. The candidate should have prior people management experience.
  • Require basic domain expertise, business ecosystem, DATA literacy,Cross functional collaboration, Stakeholder management, Knowledge of Macro & Micro Learning content development, TNA & TNI Tools & Methodology and facilitation skills.
  • Position will be based at Mumbai
