Senior Manager - SFE & Analytics

The Position

Delivering strategic and operational support for Human pharma and by partnering with business, to measure, challenge and support Sales and marketing teams by driving Sales force excellence and cross functional collaboration across the commercial spectrum, providing Insights through Analytics, exploring newer data and analytics solutions and improving efficiencies and effectiveness of existing Data platforms

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Plan, design and deployment of customer segmentation, targeting and profiling. Drive execution excellence for both FF related and Digital channels performance, drive sales force excellence through close monitoring of key performance indicators, create growth focused and market opportunity-based field force sizing, structure and sales force deployment that optimizes resources.
  • Prepare brand level and territory level targets considering market share data. Measure the target setting process effectiveness by doing target fairness test
  • Design and create Incentive Schemes in alignment with business objectives and keep it updating and restructuring it with the changing dynamics at the marketplace.
  • Create, structure, communicate and monitor the progress of key performance indicators, spanning different dimensions of sales force effectiveness.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders for internal data analytics platforms for constantly updating it with business perspectives, exploring analytics solutions within or outside the organizations to solve business issues.
  • Analyses data trends from multiple data sources:  internal & external sales, F2F efforts and digital engagements and provide insights to business stakeholders.
  • Managing RCPA/Veeva Rx survey analysis by analysing monthly Rx data coming from Veeva survey, Dashboarding it in user friendly framework, drawing insights, creating HCP level views by different group.
  • Monitor Sales, both primary and secondary performance and provide recommendations to achieve sales productivity by suggesting right allocation of resources, focused activities and right engagement strategies.

 

Requirements

  • Graduate, preferably with an MBA
  • Prior experience in the similar role of SFE, Business Intelligence and Analytics (3-5 years)
  • Advanced excel and Power Point skills. Working experience on Tableau and Power BI will be and added advantage.
  • Understanding of Analytics tools
