Sales Support Specialist

THE POSITION

The role will support the Sales Team by providing essential operational and administrative assistance to ensure the efficient management of recurring sales-related activities.

The objective of the role is to support the commercial team by ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timely execution of administrative and reporting activities. The position has a particular focus on year-end activity closure and on supporting operational preparations for 2027.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and administrative support for sales-related and RA activities.
  • Manage, update, and maintain operational files, databases, and working tools.
  • Prepare and update operational and progress reports, mainly using Excel.
  • Support the accurate and timely completion of administrative activities by year-end.
  • Collaborate on planning and operational preparation activities for the following year.
  • Manage high-volume recurring operational tasks, ensuring high levels of accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to agreed deadlines.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Economics or Data Administration would be a plus).
  • Fluency in Italian and good command of English (not less than B1). 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with reporting and data management tools.
  • Previous experience in Sales Support, operational, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Experience in a commercial/sales support environment and knowledge of sales or administrative systems are considered a plus.
