Junior HR Specialist - Labour Law & HR Analytics

THE POSITION

We are looking for a motivated Junior HR Specialist with a strong focus on Labour Law, HR Processes, and Data Analysis. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who combines a solid academic background in labour law with a strong interest in analytics and HR organization.

The candidate will work closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Local Services, contributing to labour law matters, HR projects, organizational initiatives, and process improvements, including in international environments.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and stay up to date on labour law regulations, assessing their impact on the organization.
  • Support the interpretation and application of the Chemical-Pharmaceutical National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing employment contracts, as well as providing support on outsourcing matters.
  • Provide labour law guidance to HR Business Partners to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Support the management of disciplinary procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in handling labour litigation, liaising with external legal advisors.
  • Support interactions with the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, including preparation of documentation.
  • Contribute to industrial relations activities, including analysis of contractual and regulatory topics.
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Support initiatives related to Gender Equality Certification.
  • Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives, People Promise programs, and Career Days.
  • Support administrative HR processes in collaboration with Local Services.
  • Assist in employee investigations.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Political Science, or Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR or labour law-related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian labour law.
  • Interest in compliance, governance, and HR processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset and passion for data and quantitative analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent Italian and English language skills (written and spoken).
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Structured and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Strong teamworking skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
