Internship: Facility Management
THE INTERNSHIP
Join and support the team in the operational management of facility management services provided by BI (maintenance, company cars, cafeteria, coffee bar, catering, event organization, porterage, mobility services, cleaning, gardening, etc.). You’ll contribute to activity monitoring and collecting feedback from colleagues. The main goal is to learn the dynamics of facility management services and provide practical support for daily operations.
Curiosity, self-learning, and taking initiative are valued, no prior experience required. The internship promotes continuous improvement and learning from experience.
Tasks & what you will be learning:
· Collaborate in the operational management of general services (cafeteria, coffee bar, catering, events, porterage, mobility, cleaning, gardening, etc.).
· Collect and update information related to general services.
· Support in handling colleagues’ requests and organizing small internal events.
· Communicate with suppliers for basic operational activities, under supervision.
· Monitor service quality through reports and feedback collection.
· Carry out administrative support tasks (document archiving, database updates).
Requirements:
· A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and positive mindset.
· Excellent communication skills.
· University degree in a technical field is an advantage but not required.
· Previous experience in multinational environments is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
· Fluent In English (B2/C1).
