Healthcare Affairs Manager
The Position
The HCA manager is responsible for driving Market Access national and highly impacting projects. The role involves working closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure Pharma and Market Access strategic priorities implementation in the best possible, contributing to address organizational challenges within the NHS.
Responsibilities
• Actively contribute to Market Access Scenario understanding and priorities setting. Contribute to Market access plan preparation and related activities implementation
• Develop and implement National projects and initiatives ensuring alignment with the National Market Access Strategies and Asset team priorities
• Build and consolidate long term relationships with HCA stakeholder to deliver innovative projects of regional/national relevance & strengthening company's long-term commitment
• Plan, coordinate and implement training and communication both within Market Access and HP for the areas of competence
• Ensure the realization of the planned activities in line with compliance culture and in respect of company and corporate directions and current regulations.
Requirements
• University degree (e.g. Masters degree or comparable degree) in Scientific subjects or Economics
• At least 5 years relevant experience in required area
• Mandatory Italian and English fluency - oral and written
• Excellent knowledge on Italian healthcare system and organization
• High experience in LEAN management and Value Based Healthcare projects
• Good knowledge of pricing rules and regulations
• Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical Market, healthcare laws and regulations
• Strong project management experience. In-depth understanding of project management with at least 3 years experience
• Long lasting experience in TAs relevant in BI pipeline will be preferred
• Long lasting experience in working with MA stakeholders
• Excellence in building and maintaining strong relationships of mutual value with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent influencing and communication skills
• Good digital communication skills for multichannel approach/strategy
