Business Development Manager CRM - Meerut

The Position

In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the market presence of Boehringer Ingelheim products and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. You will also build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and opinion leaders, helping to grow and strengthen the Boehringer Ingelheim brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales goals: You will drive results through consultative selling and by delivering a high level of customer service across hospitals and with healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will effectively plan and execute sales calls to maximize opportunities.
  • Optimize territory coverage: You will develop and manage territory mapping to ensure the right level of engagement with targeted hospitals and practitioners, supporting a strong and consistent sales cycle.
  • Build strong customer relationships: You will proactively engage with customers by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and offering tailored solutions. You will also focus on high-potential healthcare professionals to drive business growth.
  • Execute strategic sales plans: You will plan and implement targeted sales strategies using hospital and clinician insights to focus on high-impact opportunities and deliver strong results.
  • Own your territory plan: You will develop and execute a comprehensive business plan at both hospital and HCP levels, aligning with overall sales and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure operational excellence: You will complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time, including maintaining customer records, documenting call activities, and tracking sample distribution. You will also quickly adapt to and effectively use various digital tools and systems.

  • Will cover territories of Territory of Meerut
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Candidate must be residing on one of the area mentioned.
  • Should be able to learn mechanism of action and clinical application concepts easily
  • Adaptability is critical to quickly respond to changing situations and priorities
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving and decision-making acclimating to various customer needs, interests and processes. Relate to and compare data from different sources. Commit a course of action based on logical assumptions and factual information
