Specialist, Testing Support

The Position

An exciting job opportunity is now open as a Specialist, Testing Support in our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role to ensuring that all computer-based systems/applications will meet the predefined design and functional expectations. This will be performed following our defined testing methodology approach and computer system validation protocols.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You will create and update functional/requirement test plans according to the user requirement specification (URS), functional requirement specification (FRS), and risk assessment (RA).
• Execute the approved test cases in our test management system (ALM/JIRA), document actual results, evidence, and other necessary documentations. 
• You will log defects and ensure that failed test cases have proper description of failure and that the evidence and remarks are well documented.
• Prepare test data by modifying either new or existing test data contents as well as providing a summary information on those that have been created/updated.
• Create and execute user review report for ALM and/or JIRA according to projects in scope.
• You will create, maintain, archive, and review different lifecycle documents such as URS, FRS, RA with relevant process maps as applicable.
• You will collaborate with your team, stakeholders, and project teams in addressing challenges or issues that might be encountered when performing test activities.
• Ensure that the activities are performed in high quality and following the defined schedule/project phases. 

About our Future Employee

You should have at least 1 year of professional experience in dealing with computer system validation and/or software testing.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or any courses but with relevant experience in software testing/validation.
• With exposure in a shared service environment and familiarity in GXP and Non-GxP is advantage.
• Has sound knowledge in using Microsoft applications including Office 365.
• Experience in reporting and data presentation.
• Familiarity with test management applications and SAP are definitely a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) and fluency in English language.
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule and hybrid working arrangement.
• Experience in Payroll system is advantageous but not required.
