Senior Systems Analyst
The Position
Join our team as a Senior Systems Analyst, where you will be responsible for the Operational Excellence of a group of systems/applications, performing the standard operational tasks to keep the system compliant with BI standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compliance documentation
- Coordination and scheduling of backup/recovery and disaster recovery testing
- Service Level Agreement Monitoring
- Access & Identity Monitoring
- Coordinating (but not performing) server and database patches
- Audit trail monitoring
- Small enhancements/configuration changes to software
- Coordinating software management
- Interfacing /coordinating with multiple areas of the business and IT (Functional areas & Infrastructure)
- Collecting and processing demands from business users
- Performing Incident and Problem Management
- Performing Change management
- Working with IT Infrastructure to remediate, replace, migrate or decommission legacy systems or infrastructure items
- Decommissioning or retiring systems
- Coordinating System Archiving
About our future employee
- Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable professional experience.
- At least two years of experience working as a System Lead or in a similar role.
- Knowledge/experience with SuccessFactors Time Off
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working in a diverse environment.
- Ability to adapt to rapid technological or process changes and understand their business impact.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
