Stroke Care Program Manager

We're looking for a passionate and driven Stroke Care Programme Manager. The Stroke Care Program Manager supports the ANGELS Initiative in improving stroke care nationwide. The role focuses on executing strategic programs, strengthening partnerships with hospitals and stroke organizations, and driving performance outcomes. This role works collaboratively with cross functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of stroke care improvement initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
What you’ll do
- Strategy
- Effective translation of strategies /plans in alignment with the ROPU
- Alignment with the ROPU on specific local opportunities
- Explore, Analyze, Target hospitals and understand key stakeholders at National level
Identify/Segment the target hospitals/institutions and stakeholders (medical committee, hospital directors, physicians etc) to play role as stroke champions
- Driving tangible results
- Drive achievement of target consulted hospitals and thrombolysis rates
- Deliver monthly performance summaries and KPI updates, immediately highlighting potential issues to Medical Director and proposing solutions and counter measures
- Ensure appropriate management of budget to maintain/develop or optimize progress of ANGELS plans
- Process and Collaboration
- Implementation Plans
- Support implementation of the operational plan in collaboration with the Lytics team.
- Coordinate operational activities within the ANGELS initiative.
- Collaborate closely with ROPU ANGELS team to ensure alignment and optimization of synergies.
- External Partner Relationships
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders (including stroke champions, stroke societies)
- Manage partnerships with stroke organizations with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization
- Implementation Plans
- Analyse, develop, execute, monitor and achieve the Operational Plan
- Analyse opportunities based on progress reports, environmental trends and identified needs
- Monitor and evaluate regularly the implementation of the national operational plan (incl. budgets and expenses) and its target achievement, and take appropriate actions to achieve the objectives of the Plan
- Comply with local regulations, industry and company Code of Conduct (COC)
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and follow company Code of Conduct
- Take necessary action on issues of compliance
- Be a role model in compliance with local regulations, industry and company code of conduct
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree
- High ethical standards
- Strong and broad understanding of medical guidelines and their relevance for patient care
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
