Regional Project Manager Cardiovascular

THE POSITION

As a Regional Project Manager, the candidate is a passionate advocate to align franchise strategy and activities between office based and customer facing groups.
Ensure the awareness of customer needs to office based cross-functional team (Marketing, Medical Affairs, Access, Sales), then translating into new projects and leveraging it for partnership development. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the different regional environment for providing tailored business solutions, ensuring customer centric approach and strategy’s consistency at national level.
  • Coordinate cross functional roles (Sales Reps/DMs/Ram/MSL) and foster innovative approach in franchise tactical implementation.
  • Responsible for evaluating, designing and coordinating potential local activities (regional business plan), monitoring and support the execution. 
  • Lead the whole process of collection and analysis of local customer/competitor insights to advise the office based cross-functional team and inspire customer added value projects.
  • Cooperate with brand managers and medical department in developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders for products under his/her responsibility and territory area.
  • Understand real life patient flow and work together with franchise team to fully exploit market potential: by increasing early diagnosis/early treatment and/or changing treatment algorithms for the better treatment of patients.

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (Scientific or Pharmaceutical would be a plus). 
  • 3 years of experience in marketing and sales each in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry processes, pharma laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken.
  • Strong digital skills (including manipulating Excel, Power Point, Word).
  • Planning and organization skills (project management).
  • Business and marketing acumen.
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead (lateral leadership).
  • Innovative mindset and customer orientation.
  • Interpersonal and good communication skills.
