You’ll be the strategic force behind our retail partnerships, working with national chains, pharmacies, and e-commerce platforms to bring our Pet HC portfolio to more homes. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal, reporting into the Head of Companion Animal Portugal.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow relationships with national and regional retail accounts
- Develop tailored business plans aligned with company objectives
- Negotiate annual agreements including pricing, promotions, and shelf space
- Expand product listings and identify new business opportunities
- Drive commercial strategies to grow the Pet HC portfolio above market rate
- Lead digital shelf management and e-retail media efforts
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- Experience in OTC or FMCG brand management, ideally in pharma or animal health
- Proven success in retail key account or category management in Portugal
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial acumen
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in Portuguese (non-negotiable) and strong business English
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and retail analytics platforms
