Supply Chain Manager Human Pharma
The Position
Manages and steers demand planning activities for the operating unit (OPU) comprising Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia (MSI) across various SKUs and product categories. This role involves coordinating cross-functional inputs from sales, marketing, and other sources to ensure optimized service levels and efficient inventory management. Ensures adequate product availability to support the achievement of OPU sales objectives by managing demand planning while considering regulatory and commercial requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sales and demand planning process incl supply review and portfolio management in alignment with business, regulatory, finance and quality management as well as local distribution partners
- Support on Financial Reconciliation
- Ensure the balance of supply chain costs, product availability and inventory levels
- Coordinate replenishment planning activities
- Measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate demand planning efficiency
- Prepare analysis, reports and statistics related to Demand Planning and forecasting function
- Ensure the maintenance of correct master data in various systems and conduct annual portfolio segmentation and derive parameterization strategies
- Support launch and product change coordination related to Commercial SCM workflows
- Ensure compliance with all local procedures and legislation (GxP/Export compliance etc.)
Requirements:
- University degree Bachelor or equivalent
- Certificates such as APICS or equivalent are a plus
- At least 3-5 years experience in supply chain management, especially demand planning, ideally with experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Pharma industry
- In-depth understanding of supply chain management and systems in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret information, data and reports
- Ability to manage complexity whilst being comfortable with ambiguity
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Knowhow in SAP / JDA and MS Excel - analytics and mass data processing
- Proficient in English (able to communicate in Indonesia language will be a plus)
