EXT - HP Operations & Customer Event Executive

Tasks & Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end process for events, and ensure they are implemented in compliance with company’s guidelines and SOPs

•Track budget including accruals

•Innovate communication & customer engagement platforms to improve customer experience

•Collect and analyze all event-related data for better customer insight and to improve future event planning

•Ensure event management user manual content are up to date

•Provide support on HP Operations Department executional tasks as required

•Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event management related roles

•Strong organizational skill to stay on top of all events on hand in a fast-paced environment

•High attention to detail and accuracy in execution

•Strong communication skill with strong command of English (both written and verbal) is a must

•Possess proactive and analytical mindset to innovate and improve customer experience and current workflow
