THE OPPORTUNITY

In this role, you will support the daily administrative and operational activities of the Quality Control laboratory, contributing to laboratory efficiency, and supporting quality operations in a highly regulated environment.

This position reports directly to the QC Micro Supervisor. Important: you will be working in shifts (it’s a two-shift rotation role, Monday - Friday).

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the Quality Control laboratory
  • Manage QC sample administration and ensure accurate documentation and tracking
  • Involve with stability studies sample management
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, data integrity, and company quality requirements
  • Coordinate laboratory purchasing activities to ensure the continuous availability of required supplies.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Operations, Production, Packaging, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Participate in QC departmental meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support departmental and cross-functional projects when needed.

 

YOU BRING:

  • University degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy or another relevant field
  • At least one year of experience in laboratory administration, preferably within the pharmaceutical/food industry
  • Fluent Greek language skills and good command of English
  • Good knowledge of SAP and/or other computerized systems would be considered an asset
  • Familiarity with GMP requirements, quality systems, and data integrity guidelines
  • Understanding of laboratory workflows and sample management processes
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Flexibility to work on shifts
