THE OPPORTUNITY

Step into a role where your expertise ensures that life-saving medicines meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. As Production Compliance Officer, you’ll be the guardian of manufacturing and packaging processes, making sure every batch is safe, compliant, and ready for patients.

Your day will be dynamic: reviewing documentation, planning CAPAs, handling deviations, and preparing for audits that keep us aligned with global requirements and local authorities. You’ll work closely with the production team and report directly to the Production Compliance Coordinator, giving you visibility and influence in critical decisions.

This role is based in Koropi, Greece, reporting to the Production Compliance Coordinator.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and continuously improve quality systems for manufacturing and packaging.
  • Review documentation for compliance and support open projects.
  • Manage day-to-day compliance tasks: CAPA, change control, deviations, investigations, and training coordination.
  • Administer LOS training management system for production areas.
  • Actively participate in GMP audits and ensure readiness for inspections.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • University degree in Engineering or Science.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably pharmaceutical.
  • Knowledge of GxP standards and compliance mindset.
  • Ability to work with SAP/MES systems.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable in cross-functional environments.
