As a Process Engineering Electrician, you will support the reliability and efficiency of production and packaging operations by executing preventive and corrective maintenance on site electrical assets. You play a key role in ensuring safe equipment performance while meeting quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Process Engineering Supervisor. The role is onsite and follows a rotating three-shift model (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00), with weekly shift rotation.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities in accordance with the annual maintenance and calibration plans for production and packaging equipment.
- Provide corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance solutions, ensuring timely and accurate execution of work orders in line with established maintenance workflows.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with external contractors supporting maintenance and calibration activities to ensure high-quality and compliant execution of work.
- Execute technical tasks on a project basis, contributing to the achievement of defined project milestones and timelines.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- University-level or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering. For electricians, you should have a valid license.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in an industrial environment, preferably within pharmaceutical or process industries.
- Experience working within a technical or engineering department.
- Experience with CAD/CAM systems and SAP is an advantage.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Solid technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Process automation knowledge (e.g. PLC / SCADA) is considered a plus.
