THE OPPORTUNITY

Imagine being the person who helps turn data into decisions, and performance into progress. As our new Performance Management & Digital OPEX Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind how we measure success and improve operations at Boehringer Ingelheim Hellas.

You’ll work with Key Performance Indicators, digital dashboards, and strategy deployment tools that directly impact how we produce life-saving medicines. Your Excel skills will shine, and if you’re curious about MS Power BI and potentially Python or SQL you’ll have the space to grow.

This role is based at our Koropi site in Greece and reports into the Performance Management & Digital OPEX Senior Expert.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation and maintenance of performance management processes for OPEX Prime – our Production System.
• Monitor and report KPIs in collaboration with partner areas (HSE, Quality, Maintenance).
• Maintain and update digital dashboards to ensure transparency in performance.
• Facilitate local KPIs reporting and reviews with stakeholders.
• Assist in local deployment of Pharma Supply strategy (Hoshin Kanri / Goal Cascading).
• Support the adoption of DigiEx tools and act as one of Koropi’s Digital Champion in the global community.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of MS Power BI and Python / SQL is considered a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and result-oriented approach.
• Interest in developing further in Operational Excellence.
