THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Packaging Planner, you will be responsible for designing, structuring, and monitoring long, mid, and short-term packaging plans. Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient use of packaging resources while optimizing customer order execution. You will balance cost, quality, and time constraints to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Supply Chain Planning manager.

Established in a strategic location near Athens, the Koropi site has played a significant role in the company's global operations, focusing on manufacturing, and distribution. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and schedule packaging activities, overseeing packaging timelines.
- Monitor and maintain customer stocks (VMI planning).
- Analyze and structure the capacity plan to prevent and solve bottleneck issues.
- Perform detailed scheduling and design campaigns to achieve cost-effectiveness.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- University (or equivalent) degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an industry environment, preferably pharmaceutical.
- Fluent (native) in English and Greek.
- Knowledge of SAP OP/APO/MDM, MRP I/II is a plus.
- Time management skills.
- Customer service mindset with decision-making and planning abilities, and experience working in a cross-functional environment.
