As Maintenance & Engineering Systems Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind reliability and efficiency, ensuring that every piece of equipment runs smoothly and every spare part is exactly where it needs to be. This is not just about managing a warehouse; it’s about creating a system that keeps operations seamless and secure.
You’ll lead a team of skilled professionals, guiding them through complex planning and optimization challenges, while working with cutting-edge tools like SAP and advanced resource planning systems. Your decisions will shape the continuity of our operations and optimize costs, giving you real ownership and the ability to make an impact that resonates across the entire site.
From inventory management to calibration planning, you’ll ensure that resources are available when needed and processes run without interruption.

This position is based at our site in Koropi, Greece, and you will report to the Process Engineering Manager.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive reliability performance and engineering systems strategy for the site.
- Manage systematic equipment maintenance and calibration programs, including KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Oversee mid- and long-term maintenance planning, ensuring alignment with plant shutdown schedules.
- Lead inventory management for spare parts and maintenance services, including purchasing, stock control, annual counts, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality standards.
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 professionals, fostering engagement and growth.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- University degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment (pharma preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience managing people and/or projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and inventory management (ERP/MRP).
- Skills in planning, decision-making, and working cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement practices.
