THE OPPORTUNITY

Join our production site in Koropi and play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our Serialization and Automation systems. You’ll work on cutting-edge IT and automation processes that safeguard product quality and compliance, while driving continuous improvement.

 

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead technical projects, and contribute to innovative solutions that will keep our operations future ready. This role offers exposure to advanced technologies like PLC/SCADA and serialization software, giving you the chance to deepen your expertise in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.

This role is based in Koropi, Greece, reporting to the Factory Automation Coordinator.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and optimize Serialization and Automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage support tickets promptly.
  • Train production and packaging teams on Serialization and Automation activities.
  • Lead and support technical projects, including validation, commissioning, and documentation.
  • Execute IT/automation processes and manage documentation (e.g., Active Directory integrations, backup/restore plans).
  • Ensure Operational Technology compliance for computerized systems.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Automation, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Industrial Design & Production Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in serialization, IT/OT, or automation (pharma/process industry experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with PLC/SCADA and industrial PCs/HMIs is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication in Greek and English, with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of Level 1 & 2 Serialization; Level 3 is an advantage.
