This role is based Koropi, and you will report directly to the Engineering operations manager.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance (PM) activities for all site equipment.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely execution of maintenance plans.
- Manage quotations and purchase orders for services and spare parts.
- Maintain and analyze Engineering KPIs using SAP, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
- Author and maintain SOPs related to SAP PM; train and support end users.
- Act as SAP PM key user, supporting master data and complex task coordination.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- University degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience with SAP PM; master data administration is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong skills in prioritization, planning, collaboration, and decision-making.
