Engineering Compliance Officer
Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and engineering excellence? At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are looking for an Engineering Compliance Officer to join our team in Koropi, Greece. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and continuously improving quality systems within the Engineering Department, ensuring alignment with GxP, EHS, and internal standards.

This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports directly to the Engineering Compliance Manager.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and enhance quality systems related to engineering, ensuring adherence to good engineering practices and GxP standards.
- Map engineering processes through gap analysis, SOP development, and personnel training.
- Prepare and review project documentation from a compliance perspective (commissioning, decommissioning, SOPs, change controls).
- Support the Engineering Department in daily compliance tasks including CAPAs, deviations, audits, and training coordination.
- Conduct and document risk assessments (e.g., equipment maintenance and calibration).
- Serve as a permanent member of the QMRM team and participate in internal investigations.
- Interface with external consultants and internal departments (Production, CSV/QA, Engineering) as needed.
- Chair Engineering Compliance Meetings when delegated.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM
- 1–2 years of experience in engineering within an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or process industry.
- Familiarity with SAP and engineering compliance systems.
- Strong customer service mindset, decision-making skills, and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Excellent task prioritization, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of GxP, EHS standards, calibration standards, and quality compliance frameworks.
- Experience with tools like Go-Track and trainer certification is a plus.
