Boehringer Ingelheim's site in Koropi, Greece, is a vital facility dedicated to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. Established in a strategic location near Athens, the Koropi site has played a significant role in the company's global operations, focusing on manufacturing, and distribution. THE OPPORTUNITY

This role places you at the center of safeguarding data integrity in a highly regulated production environment. As a Data Integrity Officer, you will ensure that every process and system operates with precision and compliance, protecting the reliability of data generated by both people and machines. Your work will directly support the quality and safety of products that improve lives globally.

This role is based in Koropi, Greece, reporting to the Production Systems & Compliance Manager and join a team committed to excellence.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement and continuously improve quality systems for Data Integrity compliance in production and packaging.
  • Map processes and equipment using gap analysis and risk assessment tools; develop SOPs and deliver training.
  • Support day-to-day compliance tasks, including CAPAs, change controls, deviations, and investigations.
  • Review manufacturing and packaging documentation for compliance in ongoing projects.
  • Actively participate in GMP audits and ensure proper equipment settings aligned with Data Integrity guidelines.

 

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Science.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a production environment (pharmaceutical or process industry preferred).
  • Technical knowledge and ability to work with SAP/MES systems.
  • Independent, self-driven mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Compliance-oriented with attention to detail and task prioritization.
