THE OPPORTUNITY

As our new Data Analysis Officer, you will be deeply involved in data analysis to support informed decision-making, enhancing process robustness and driving continuous improvement. You will contribute to global project teams and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Production, Quality and Engineering, as well as external corporate functions such as Global IT, Data Science & Analytics, and statisticians’ teams.

This position is based in Koropi (Greece) and reports to the Data Science & Analysis Senior Expert, with flexibility of hybrid working module.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform data analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Ensure implementation and compliance with regulatory monitoring requirements (e.g., continued process verification, PQR/APR)
  • Support the development, optimization, and maintenance of digital data solutions and guide relevant teams in their adoption
  • Maintain and update product and process databases to enable monitoring, trending, troubleshooting, and validation activities
  • Support audits and inspections by ensuring data readiness and regulatory compliance (cGMP, Quality, and EHS standards)
  • Participate actively in local and global project teams and contribute to project timelines and deliverables

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • University equivalent Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical/Process Engineering, Pharmacology, Statistics, or related field.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment (ideally within production and/or quality); internships are considered relevant.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Working knowledge of R, Power BI, Minitab, SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in data analysis and statistical tools.
  • Good understanding of GMP standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively
