THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Critical Utilities and Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert and Project Engineer, you will lead and participate in projects and operational activities to ensure the efficient, compliant, and reliable operation of utilities and infrastructure systems.  This role combines hands-on technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and project execution within a GMP-regulated environment.

This position is based in Koropi and reports directly to the Critical Utilities and Infrastructure Manager.

HOW YOU'LL FIT IN

  • Lead or participate in utilities and infrastructure projects within the area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate tasks and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external vendors/contractors to support efficient operations of utilities equipment
  • Ensure efficient and optimized operation of utilities and infrastructure equipment to meet production needs.
  • Contribute to engineering compliance activities in GMP environment (e.g., investigations, CAPAs, SOPs) by applying technical expertise.
  • Support maintenance strategies and lifecycle management to ensure reliability of systems.
  • Work closely with Utilities Manager to support daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Actively participate in technical meetings and cross-functional activities with Production, Packaging, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, EHS, and external partners.

 

YOU BRING

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or process industries.
  • Experience in managing electromechanical projects is considered an asset.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and utilities systems.
  • Able to work with CAD and SAP systems.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
