This position is based in Greece, Koropi and reports directly to the Manufacturing Manager in Greece.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build technical mastery within the cell team and support daily performance.
• Own and optimize the Cell Data Collection System and related analytics.
• Lead problem-solving on chronic losses and drive improvement systems.
• Define and document process standards, including Optimum Settings.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

• Experience in industrial environments, preferably in pharmaceutical or food processing.
• Familiarity with SAP and/or Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to coach and lead change.
• Solid understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
