THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a role where your technical expertise makes a real difference. You’ll take ownership of maintenance systems for a high-performing production cell, ensuring reliability and driving improvements that impact performance every day. Expect hands-on work with advanced manufacturing technology, problem-solving challenges, and collaboration with skilled teams to optimize processes and reduce downtime.

This role is based in Koropi, Greece, reporting to the Engineering Operations Manager.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize maintenance systems for the cell, reducing downtime.
  • Supervise preventive, corrective, and upgrade maintenance tasks.
  • Lead Daily Improvement Systems (DIS) and drive technical problem-solving.
  • Coach and develop the cell team to strengthen technical capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and company standards.

 

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM

  • A degree in Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an industrial setting (pharma preferred).
  • Technical skills in CAD and SAP.
  • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and manufacturing equipment.
  • Fluency in English and confidence to lead change.
