THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you looking for a new opportunity to make the next step in your career within the Pharmaceutical Industry? Then join our enthusiastic and energetic team as our new Calibration Officer in our production site in Koropi!

As a Calibration Officer, you will be coordinating, performing and following up plant’s coordination activities. Furthermore, you will ensure all activities are executed in accordance with GMP, Good Engineering Practices, EHS, and Quality standards.

This position is based in Koropi and reports directly to the Calibration Coordinator, with flexibility of hybrid working module. Please note that this is a 24-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the coordination, execution, and follow-up of plant calibration activities.
  • Maintain master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the annual calibration plan, helping to reduce overdue activities.
  • Contribute to the creation and update of calibration risk assessments (CRA) in collaboration with the Compliance Officer.
  • Support calibration activities during commissioning of new equipment.
  • Assist in authoring and updating calibration-related SOPs and documentation.
  • Deliver basic training and provide support to calibration management system end users.
  • Work cross-functionally with Production, QA, and QC teams to ensure smooth execution of calibration processes.


YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
  • Initial professional experience (1–2 years) in calibration, engineering, or maintenance within an industrial environment (pharmaceutical industry is a plus).
  • Native Greek speaker and proficiency in the English language.
  • Familiarity with SAP and ISO 17025; experience with calibration management system is an advantage.
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent prioritizing, decision making & planning skills.
